What it does
From how it works: book online, in the app, or by phone. Pack as you would for an airline and attach their label. Pickup is at home, office, or the resort, or you drop at a local carrier. Gear is waiting at the destination. You ship home the same way.
They advertise complimentary insurance, live tracking, and an on-time guarantee. Skis, boards, boots, and luggage are called out as shippable. Packing steps are on their pack page. The homepage is the same book, pack, and gear-waiting loop.
Why it matters for our family
Oversized ski bags times a family of five is the failure mode. Shipping buys no oversized claim, no ski-bag fee roulette, and gear at the condo when we land. That is the product we bought. We are not publishing a statistic about anyone else’s trips.
Who it’s for / when to use
- You own the gear and you fly.
- You can leave buffer before arrival. Winter delays are real.
- Not for first-timers. Rent on the mountain.
- Not required if you drive and a roof box fits safely.
Honest caveats
