Night skiing with kids is either the best idea in Utah or a cold mistake. This one worked: hot chocolate in the car, rental shop not a zoo, lights on Majestic, home before a reasonable adult bedtime. No childcare, no village, no pretense. The snow was better than the last Saturday we spent at a busier mountain.
Who it's for
Kids who already ski a little. Not a first-timer's first hour. Not a 0°F night unless they asked for it. Bring the spare mittens. Traction in the canyon is not a suggestion.
