We flew into DEN, drove I-70 like everyone else, and aimed a 7-year-old at Peak 8. Ski school was competent. The town is the reason to pick Breck over a nicer mountain in the middle of nowhere. The headache started at dinner. We should have slept in Denver. We say this every time someone asks.
The town is the product
An hour of wandering Main Street after skiing did more for morale than another chair. If your kids are little, Keystone is still the better campus. If they can walk a town without melting, Breck is the week.
